The cost of missed Occupational Health appointments is substantial, and as you have missed an appointment without trying to rearrange (details of the missed appointment will be highlighted on the letter emailed to you), you are required to pay £50 - this is due within 30 days of the date of the email you have received.

If you believe there is an extenuating circumstance that has led you to miss the appointment then please get in touch with hmsbusinessadmin@chester.ac.uk within 7 days of receipt of the email.

Please note there will be a requirement to provide evidence in order for the fee to be waived.

Failure to settle this debt with the University could lead you to not being able to graduate.
