The event fee is £25 for the whole weekend (daily rate: £8 Friday, £12 Saturday, £12 Sunday). The fee covers running costs such as wear and tear on the spaces, electricity, and campus technical support. The organisers are giving their time in kind. Payment can be made from 1st August onward.

UK Contact Improvisation Teachers' Exchange is open to any contact improvisation practitioner who wishes to exchange with peers on issues in the teaching and practice of CI.

Mentoring will be available to emerging teachers. There is no selection process for attendance at UKCITE 2019; it is open to practitioners wishing to develop their work through shared research and dialogue, with places given on a first come first served basis. The weekend will feature spaces for labs, working groups, co-teaching proposals, performance, and ample time for jamming. UKCITE 2019 is hosted by the University of Chester's Department of Performing Arts and will take place at Kingsway Creative Campus with use of three beautiful dance studios.

Warm up for the weekend on Friday afternoon with a free 'Dance Your Questions' research session in studio CKW005 from 1 - 3.30pm, facilitated by Malaika Sarco-Thomas.
